Script 2: Cook once, eat twice

Goal: A batch-cooking session that covers several weeknight dinners.

Plan a batch-cooking session. Time I have: [HOURS] on [DAY] People: [N] Dinners to cover: [N] Equipment: [oven, slow cooker, pressure cooker, freezer space] Foods we like / won't eat: [LIST / LIST] Give me: 1) 2-3 base recipes that turn into different meals (e.g. one batch of shredded chicken → tacos, soup, rice bowls) 2) A step-by-step cooking order so things overlap efficiently 3) A shopping list 4) How long each item keeps in the fridge and freezer, and how to reheat it safely

Tip: Check food-safety storage times with an official food-safety source if you're unsure.

Script 19: Practice problems, not answers

Goal: Extra practice at the right level, with answers hidden until the end.

Make practice problems for my child. Grade: [GRADE] Subject and topic: [TOPIC] What they find hard: [DETAILS] Here's a problem from their homework for reference: [PASTE] Write 8 new problems similar to this one, from easier to harder. Put the answers and a short explanation at the very end, under "For the grown-up". Use simple words for a [AGE]-year-old.

Tip: Do the first problem together, then let them try the next two alone.

Script 28: Decode an appliance error code

Goal: Find out what the blinking light or error code means before calling for repair.

My [APPLIANCE: washer / dishwasher / furnace / fridge] is showing [ERROR CODE / blinking pattern / symptom]. Brand and model number: [DETAILS — on a sticker inside the door or on the back] What happened before it started: [DETAILS] 1) What this code usually means for this brand, and how sure you are 2) Safe checks I can do myself (turn off power first where needed) 3) Signs that it needs a technician 4) Where to find the official manual to confirm If you don't know this code for this model, say so instead of guessing.

Tip: Most manufacturers post manuals online. Search the exact model number with "manual".

Frequently asked questions

Which AI tools does it work with?

Any chat AI, including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. The scripts are plain text with fill-in [BRACKETS].

Can my kids use the homework scripts?

The homework scripts are set up so the AI teaches and doesn’t do the work. If a child uses one, an adult should set it up and stay nearby. Check your AI app’s age rules; many require users to be 13 or older, or need a parent’s permission.

What should I keep private?

Use first names or nicknames for kids, not full names, schools, or photos. Before pasting letters, bills, or forms, remove account numbers, ID and insurance numbers, and dates of birth. Never paste passwords.

Will it fix my appliance or replace a professional?

No. Scripts like “Decode an appliance error code” help you understand the problem and what to ask. Check your manual, follow safety steps, and call a professional for gas, electrical, or anything you’re unsure about.

What exactly do I get?

A 24-page PDF with 40 scripts in 8 sections (meals and groceries, schedules and routines, chores and family money, homework and learning, teens and talking, home repair and upkeep, outings and travel, elder care and paperwork), plus a how-to-use page, privacy and kids-and-AI tips, and a tweak guide. It’s a one-time purchase with an instant download.

What if it isn’t for me?

Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout. You can also try the free drills first; they use the same format.

Who it’s for

Parents, caregivers, and anyone running a busy household who has opened an AI chat and didn’t know what to type.

Honest limits

AI can be wrong. Check prices, dates, safety steps, and anything about health, money, benefits, or the law. You know your kids, your home, and your budget better than any AI. Nothing here is legal, medical, or financial advice.

Want to try first? The free drills use the same format, and the blog has step-by-step guides.
